There were 809 short-selling stocks. CSOP HS TECH (03033) and XL2CSOPHYNIX (07709) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$2.6 billion and HK$1.25 billion, or 14.38% and 6.9% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 33.96% and 35.12% of respective stock's turnover.
BABA-W (09988) and TRACKER FUND (02800) registered HK$1.04 billion and HK$943.12 million of short sales, accounting for 5.76% and 5.21% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 16.11% and 13.19% of respective stock's turnover.
