盧志榮

＃華裔建築師、設計師、藝術家

　　和盧志榮聊天，有種一言驚醒夢中人，又或是一言將你推進不斷思考的漩渦中的感覺。盧志榮在香港出生，在美國深造期間以一篇論文被哈佛大學建築系碩士錄取。90年代初，便和太太到雅典定居。今次回港，或是因為於季豐軒舉辦的個展，又或是因親自操刀的麗晶酒店（前身是洲際酒店）。對於盧志榮的評價和標籤，大多都是卓爾不群的，不少人被他的設計與工藝深深吸引了，但他的藝術語言卻散發著一種無華。

　　身處於到處都是戰爭和疾病的世界，作為一名藝術家，盧志榮認為，創作力和批判性思維一直都存在，尤其是在逆境和遇到困難之際，「I always believe that there is no famine of hope in our world particular in the artistic creative world.」如果藝術會說話，那麼它就是創作者的嘴，表達著創作者的情緒與心情。藝術作為表達，盧志榮表示，早在上世紀當現代主義來到藝術世界時，我們已經透過藝術去表達我們的情緒，當我們難過時，我們的作品也是憂傷的。這是他所見的，但他卻不完全認同，他認為藝術除了表達情緒，還有其他可能性，「My childhood is not so great, but I think it left behind me the possibility to find a way to look at reality a bit different than just express that reality. But even outlet, a possibility to elevate that thought to become true sense of art that is not just about your own expression but share by other, to upheave other, particular in today’s world we are facing so much difficulty.」
