HSBC raised the target price for Yuexiu Property (00123) to HKD5.1 from HKD4.1 and upgraded the rating to "buy" from "hold".
The research house said it believes Yuexiu will reverse underperformance since 2025 amid the sector recovery led by tier-1 cities.
